Sven and Johnny were very polite, efficient, and knowledgeable of every aspect of our service call. They went above and beyond in explaining what they were doing, why it was being done. Sven explained the appliance registration process in depth. He also explained the different options we had according to our budget. Johnny made sure the toilets he removed and the new ones he installed were done so in a clean, professional manner. He was very honest and transparent through out the process. Sven was very informed on every level. Both men worked with honor and integrity.

Exceptional Service! Better than 5 Stars! No one wants their heat going out in the middle of winter. But there we were! We had an old system that finally gave out just after the last ice storm. From that first call to Blanton’s 24/7 helpline, to the experienced service tech, Alex, who promptly diagnosed our old, early 90s, system and also caught a hairline crack pumping carbon monoxide in our home (in addition to a broken pilot) (yikes), to Kyle, the tech who came same day following Alex’s inspection to thoroughly give us all the options available to help us make the most informed decision, to the professional and friendly installation team (Gino and Travis). We are thrilled. I cannot recommend this company enough for so many reasons. We are beyond grateful for the who teams compassion and commitment to ensuring we had the best, smoothest, stress free experience possible. If you need HVAC help- this is your team!

When my air conditioner failed, I wasn't sure who to call, but I kept seeing Blanton's company vehicles all over town. I decided to give them a call to set up a time for an estimate, and they responded quickly. I just want to say a big thank you to Joseph Ford, Kyle Snyder, and Quentin McClain for their superb work with Blanton's. Their professionalism and expertise truly made a difference!

Our technician was Mike Tyndall. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. We had him come in to replace a kitchen faucet that was bad and to check that it was properly connected to the garbage disposal and make sure the settings were correct on a new water heater we just had installed as well. After installation, he checked to make sure all was working well and he did a great job. We look forward to having him come back out to do some more work for us in the future. Thanks Mike!

Blanton’s is amazing!! For over 20 years now I have worked in public safety which means I am sometimes speaking with people (civilians and law enforcement) on their worst day. For this reason I have always trained my staff to be professional, kind, and as helpful as possible. On Wednesday January 22 (yesterday) my adult son was having a normal day until he texts me a video at 6:15pm of water leaking from his second floor bathroom downstairs into the owners suite and walk-in closet (video attached). The leak was coming through electrical outlets, light fixtures, air vents, etc. I immediately rushed over. Additionally, all of the sewage backed up into 2 of the 4 bathrooms causing toilets to overflow and one bathtub to fill near the top. The 5 foot walk in shower was also filled with waste water. My son called four companies including one he was familiar with and could not get any to make an appointment. Soon he stumbled across Blanton’s who put him on the schedule for today and the scheduler apologized that the only thing available was in the afternoon. We were just glad to get an appointment. Ethan Collins and Mason Coleman called when they were 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, they immediately began assessing the situation and communicated the plan of action. They immediately began working. While they did that my son began speaking with the insurance adjuster. As they worked, at various times we talked with Ethan about progress, what was observed and any difficulties they encountered. At one point Mason went outside and began using Slack to communicate with other technicians about the situation. Throughout the entire process, they would at different times communicate what the potential costs would be and a willingness to provide assistance. This home is new construction so stress levels on our end was running pretty high because you don’t anticipate these problems but it makes a difference when you are working with a company that takes such pride in the quality of their work and provides exceptional customer service. At some point, it was clear that the plumbing manager was going to have to come on site for our complicated issue. Mr. Ritchie Rodriguez arrived on site to assist Ethan and Mason and with his years of experience and knowledge was able to resolve the issue. But even before he arrived, Mason and Ethan had reached out to another technician to bring them a shop vac to assist us with some of that excess water. I know this is a long review but let me just close by saying, Blantons has the blueprint for the ideal business model. Their focus is on building trust, building and establishing relationships, and making sure that issues are resolved same day on sight. It would not matter to me if they were overcharging which I promise you they are beyond fair and reasonable, for this level of service and professionalism I would pay double!! Elijah and Roman were very professional during the installation of my new HVAC unit. They kept me informed throughout the process. No more cold nights or hot summer days. My new downstairs unit is amazing. Great service 10/10 I do recommend these guys!

Blanton's is always the smart choice for anything you need done around your home. We had Armando Arroyo come out today and replace five light fixtures for us. He was very professional, as well as friendly. He finished everything in a timely manner and was eager to answer any questions I had. We will definitely be using Blantons for any future repairs!

Avery was very pleasant and professional. When he came in he explained to me everything he was going to do. He was very mindful of the fact that I have cats and a dog so each time he went outside he ensured to check for them to make sure they didn’t get out. I appreciated that very much. After he finished he went over everything again to let me know how everything was looking and working. He’s definitely a keeper for Blanton’s company. Thanks Avery keep up the great work.
